Study Discovers Genetic Receptors Responsible For Hair Loss
December 29, 2008
Hair loss is natural. According to dermatologists, a healthy individual can lose about one hundred hair strands in just one day. However, hair loss becomes an alarming condition when a person loses more than the usual amount of hair that he sheds. Moreover, hair loss also becomes a problem if there is no observable hair growth or if hair loss occurs in the form of patches. When a hair loss problem occurs, immediate treatment may be vital. In relation to the continuous discovery and development of various hair loss treatments these days, a significant breakthrough has been made by an international team of researchers.
Culprit for the Hypotrichosis Simplex
Through a recent research made, researchers have successfully discovered a gene that is responsible for the development of the Hypotrichosis simplex. This is a hair loss condition that is hereditary. When afflicted with this condition, the patient will experience the onset of baldness at an early age – particularly even before he reaches his teenage years. As the patient grows older, the hair loss condition worsens. Eventually, the person afflicted with the disease can go bald and even lose his body hair.
Dr. Regina Betz, the project leader from Bonn’s Institute of Human Genetics notes that their study is important primarily because it explores the mechanisms of hair growth. She points out that despite the fact that the occurrence of Hypotrichosis simplex is not very common, the findings of the study promote an overall understanding on the various factors that might contribute to the development of various forms of hair loss in general.
The study basically involved the analysis of the DNA samples of a Saudi-Arabian family, where four of the family members were diagnosed with Hypotrichosis simplex. The genetic material collected from the family provided the research project team with the key to understand the basic mechanisms of hair growth and the various factors that prompt the occurrence of hair loss conditions.
Based on the results of the study, the Hypotrichosis simplex is a genetic defect that is promoted by an improper growth of receptors that are vital for the natural hair growth process. When a person has this condition, the receptor structures on the surface of the hair follicles are not properly formed. The study notes that “when messengers from outside bind to these receptors (on the hair follicles), they trigger a chain reaction in the cell interior.” These receptors are needed for the hair follicle to function normally.
Discovering New Medications for Hair Loss
Dr. Markus N?then, Chair of Genetic Medicine at Bonn University’s Life & Brain Centre, further explains the importance of the recent study made. He notes that “the defective receptor structure falls into the category of what are known as G-protein-coupled receptors”. These receptors are the usual “points of impact” for various forms of medications and treatments for hair loss. In addition to that, the study also showed that there is an “endogenous messenger” that is responsible for binding the hair follicle with the receptor.
According to Dr. Ivar von K?gelgen from Bonn’s Institute of Pharmacology and Toxicology, the study has opened up new opportunities for various researches that are aimed at the development of “new active agents”. He further notes that dermatologists and scientists can now specifically focus on looking for some substances that can be used in various hair loss therapies. These new medications can then be used to cure not just Hypotrichosis simplex, but other types of hair loss conditions as well.

The Role of Probiotics in Colon Cleansing
December 29, 2008
We are always troubled when we hear the word bacteria. But do you know that they are naturally present in our body? Some of these bacteria pose harm to our body that is why we have formulated medicines and devised ways like colon cleansing to eliminate them from our system.
Colon cleansing gets rid of the harmful toxins and bacteria in the large intestine. However, in the process, the good bacteria are also flushed out of the system since the procedure is not selective. The good bacteria found in your body acts to balance the ill effects of the bad bacteria and you have to understand that the lack of these good bacteria poses a threat to the overall health of your body as well.
The different organs of the body rely on them to function optimally. The good bacteria also help in digesting whatever food we eat. Without the good bacteria, the digestive system may not be able to properly absorb and transfer valuable nutrients to the different parts of the body. The immune system which protects us from different disease entities is also given a boost by the good bacteria
Colon Cleansing and Probiotics
To balance it out, you have to take some Probiotics if you just came from colon cleansing procedure. Probiotics may help supply the much needed good bacteria of the body. Aptly named, Probiotics means “for life”.
The good bacteria in yogurt are a good example of Probiotics. Aside from tasting good, they also have the following benefits:
- Help in the production of Vitamins B6, B12, and biotin.
- They produce lactose which helps breakdown calcium rich dairy products.
- They help in eliminating bacteria which may cause other diseases.
- Some known variants have anti-cancer effects.
- Probiotics can improve the overall health of the digestive track.
- Lowers the level of cholesterol.
- There have been claims that Probiotics also contribute significantly in weight loss programs.
- They are the natural protection against radiation and pollutants.
- Probiotics also help maintain the levels of estrogen which decreases the probability of osteoporosis from happening in older women.
Probiotics are not part of our regular diet. There are supplements being sold in the market which are potent source of the needed good bacteria. Regular intake is recommended since the effects of the probiotics for an extended period of time has a diminishing effect. Dieticians explain that Probiotics should be consumed 30 minutes before meal time These probiotics restore the normal flora by reintroducing good bacteria to the body.
According to studies, the gut flora contains 80% good bacteria versus only 20% bad bacteria. This balance is often interrupted by unwise food choices, polluted environments, stress, illness, exposure to chemicals, and even by potent medicines like antibiotics.
Some known types of bacteria have also been discovered to help prevent growth of cancer cells in the colon. The developments of these products are being explored worldwide as more and more people are now more aware of the benefits of the good bacteria. Colon cleansing gets a little help from Probiotics in improving the health of the colon. The procedure doesn’t only get rid of the bad microorganisms but also try to achieve a better overall health for an individual.
A serving of yogurt or any probiotic doesn’t only please our taste buds but it also pleases our colon and the other organs of the body.

Is the Influenza Flu Vaccine For You
December 29, 2008
The flu vaccine is produced every year from the US. This flu vaccine is commonly know as influenza vaccine. Influenza vaccine contains a small amount of flu virus which helps your body produce antibodies to help fight off the flu.
So how well does the vaccine work? That really depends on a close a match the influenza is to the current strains of flu in the year. Years where the vaccine has had a close match the vaccine is quite effective. Studies show around 70 to 90% effective. Some other years the match was not close and the vaccines were not very effective. The influenza shot has to be taken every year because the flu strain changes every year.
The groups that are recommended to take the flu vaccine are people generally in closed environments where the flu can spread rapidly through out the facility. Places such as nursing homes and jails are places where influenza shots should be given. Elderly adults of age 65+ and adults with weak immune systems benefits the most form the vaccine since their own immune system is not as strong. Caregivers of nursing homes, hospitals and jails should also get the flu shot. Younger adults with healthy immune systems have really no medical need of taking the influenza vaccine. There is some debate whether the flu shot should be taken at all. The side effects of the vaccine may be worse than the flu to begin with. There is also no guarantee the flu vaccine will even work. The shot also has to be taken every year. This vaccine has been proven not to be effective some of the past years as well.
Children under 6 months are too young to be given a flu shot. Flu shots from young children have shown questionable benefits. Most children have a strong immune system so they should be able to fight off the flu themselves. Caregivers to new born infants should take the flu shot to help prevent the flu reaching new borns.
Side effects from the flu vaccine are generally not too severe. Side effects include redness, soreness, aches and possibly a minor fever. On rare occasion, a person may be allergic to the flu vaccine. In these cases, the person must be taken to the hospital immediately for treatment.
Homeopathic influenzium is basically the influenza vaccine in a diluted form. Just like the vaccine, this homeopathic medicine should be bought every year. Classical homeopaths sometimes recommend this medicine to fight or prevent the flu. However, since classical homeopathy is individualized not all homeopaths will recommend this type of remedy. Homeopathic doctors may recommend other single remedies to help fight the flu.
No clinical trials are available on homeopathic influenzium. No one really knows whether it can prevent the flu. People also are not sure if it may shorten the duration of the flu. The pills should be taken regularly throughout the flu season to help prevent or lessen the flu. These pills can also be taken to lessen the side effects from the flu vaccine.

Did You Inherit Your Hair Loss?
December 29, 2008
Baldness is not something that anyone wants to have, and it’s certainly not a good way to start your day to find yourself looking older than your age when you look at yourself in the mirror. Of course, some kinds of baldness can be caused by stress on the hair, such as when you braid it too often, cover it too often with tight hats or caps, or treat it too often with strong chemicals such as dyes and curling or straightening chemicals. However, if you are only in your twenties and your hair starts to get thin, and then starts to disappear, then you may have inherited your hair loss.
A condition called androgenetic alopecia affects about ninety-five percent of all males and about seventy percent of all females. This condition is hereditary, and it can affect you no matter what your race or ethnicity is. It can be passed on to you by your father or your mother, and because baldness can be brought on by many different genes on many different chromosomes, this kind of condition does not skip generations, and even if it does, there does not seem to be any pattern in its behavior.
Androgenetic alopecia often happens when the hair follicles shrink progressively. This occurs because of a change in the growth cycle of hair; in this case, hair growth can be arrested because of a shorter growth cycle, specifically a much shorter phase allotted to hair growth. With a much shorter growth phase, the hair starts to thin out, and eventually, hair will stop growing. Both men and women can be affected by adrogenetic alopecia, and the rates are actually quite high.
Despite the commonness of the disease, androgenetic alopecia can be treated. For instance, some doctors recommend surgically transplanting hair onto the affected areas. This procedure is expensive and it can take a long while for recovery to occur. However, the results have been good for quite a number of patients that have undergone the treatment. Another treatment is not as invasive. Patients can be given minoxidil, a chemical that has been proven to increase hair growth and stop hair loss. Minoxidil is applied twice a day and is available commercially as a lotion. Yet another hair treatment is finasteride, which is available as a pill. Finasteride, which is often prescribed for men who are going through male pattern baldness, can block hormone formation that would allow for hair to be lost through weakening of the hair follicle.
Hereditary hair loss does not happen overnight, which means that treatment can be started immediately when it is detected, and results can therefore be better. One way for you to know if you inherited your family’s alopecia is to check your family tree: did you have a lot of aunts and uncles that underwent pattern baldness early? You may want to ask your older relatives if their parents or aunts and uncles were bald early.
These are only a few ways for you to not only prevent pattern baldness, but to treat it early and make sure that you get the right therapies for your case. No matter what your case of baldness entails, you will need to consult with your doctor on possible ways for you to get rid of baldness or stop it in its tracks.

Can Vitamin Supplements Help Fight Rheumatoid Arthritis?
December 29, 2008
The question I would like to bring to your attention today is can vitamins help to fight Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). I decided to do some studying on the subject and what I found was some interesting facts that helped me support this idea. Let me start out by telling you a little more about RA. More than a million people in the United States have RA. RA typically develops between the ages of 25 and 50. RA is a chronic inflammatory disease of the joints that affects an estimated 1.3 million Americans.
The disease occurs when the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks the thin membrane that lines the joints. The results can be joint damage, ongoing pain, inflammation, loss function and disability. The joints most commonly affected by RA are those of the hands, feet, wrists, knees, elbows, and ankles. In RA, the primary site of the attack is in the thin layer of tissue that is around the joints.
Studies have shown that those Americans with RA have vitamins deficiencies. The most common vitamin deficiencies in RA is folic acid, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin E, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, and Selenium. Food of course is the preferred source for getting the vitamins and minerals. Vitamin Supplements will work in getting the vitamins and minerals that you don’t receive from food. I would like to discuss with you two particular vitamins that studies have shown to help fight RA.
Research has made a case that Vitamin D helps protect older women against RA. Recent Studies has also linked deficiencies of Vitamin D to other disorders such as certain cancers, heart disease, and diabetes. General population studies indicate that about one in three people are Vitamin D deficient especially during the winter months. The easiest way to make sure you are getting the proper amount of Vitamin D is through Vitamin Supplements.
Another Study used data from the Iowa’s Women Health Study, which followed almost 30,000 women, aged 55 to 69, for 11 years. Over the course of those 11 years, the women involved were questioned about their eating habits, their use of nutritional supplements and other health related issues.
During the test, 152 of the women developed RA. The investigators found that women whose diets were highest in Vitamin D had the lowest incidence of RA. Women who got less than 200 International Units (IU) of Vitamin D in their diets each day were 33% more likely to develop RA than women who got more. So how much is enough Vitamin D. The Food and Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine says that older women should consume 400 to 600 IU per day in order to have an adequate Vitamin D intake.
Vitamin C can also be linked to lowering RA risks. In another study, researchers looked at the link between fruit and vegetable and dietary antioxidant intake and the development of inflammatory arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis in a group of 23,000 men and women who entered a large cancer study in the U.K. between 1993 and 1997. As a part of that study, the participants kept track of what they ate in a weekly food diary.
Between 1993 and 2001, 73 people developed inflammatory arthritis affecting two or more painfully swollen joints for at least a month, and 40% of them met the criteria for having RA. Compared with those who did not develop the disease, researchers found that those with arthritis ate fewer fruits and vegetables. Specifically, people who ate the least amount of fruits and vegetables had double the risk of developing inflammatory arthritis.
The study also showed that people who got less than 40 mg of Vitamin C from fruits and vegetables had four times the risk of developing inflammatory arthritis. In the United States, the recommended dietary allowance for men is 90mg of Vitamin C a day and for women is 75mg. Now by taking a look at just those two certain vitamins, I find that vitamins do have added benefits in fighting RA. The vitamins do this by fighting the free radicals (unstable molecules that cause damage to cells) associated with the development of the disease.
Now to get the benefits of all vitamins, it would your best option to take a multi-vitamin. I would also like to say that the best multi-vitamin is a liquid vitamin instead of the standard capsule/pill. Not only will you get the full benefits of the vitamins but the liquid vitamin will work faster because it will absorb into your body quicker.
I know a 74 yr old lady that has been taking a liquid vitamin for the past 6 months and says that it has definitely helped to fight her RA. She takes 2 oz of this vitamin a day. This liquid vitamin has 410mg of Vitamin C per ounce, 1107 IU of Vitamin D3 per ounce and many more essential vitamins and minerals.

How Can Ayurveda Help in Treating Your Acne
December 29, 2008
Acne is one of the most – or maybe the most – common diseases, and one of the oldest one as well. Ayurveda, an ancient healing system, has long discussed acne in its teachings and has treated acne successfully in natural ways.
What is Ayurveda and how does it relate to skin care?
Ayurveda is an ancient complex healing system from India, which is thousands of years old. Its goal is to provide guidance regarding food and lifestyle to improve the health of people.
The skin is practically the mirror of one’s health. One myth about acne is that it’s a contagious, being an external problem. Indeed, it is shown externally in the skin, however acne is an internal problem. If the skin is not cared properly and neglected it suffers from premature aging, becomes dull and blemished. Ayurveda occupies itself quite a lot with skin types, skin problems and skin care, all through natural means. Acne in ayurveda is called Yauvan Pidika (the eruptions of youth).
As acne, or yauvan pidika is an internal disorder of your body, the cause is usually connected with the person’s constitution.
Based on the Ayurveda teachings, the main acne cause is an increase in vata and kapa dosha, as well as an increase in the rakta and medha dhatu. Wjat this means, is that based on ayurveda, acne is caused by improper diet and other internal factors.
1. Improper diet
2. Increased sexual arousal, particularly in teens (which might explain the high rate of acne among teenagers)
3. Lack of Vitamin A (retinol)
4. Women with menstrual problems
Also there is a bacteria that normally lives on the skin called Propionibacterium acnes. This bacteria lives on the sebum produced by the skin oil glands. At times, this bacteria multiplies and causes inflammation and acne.
Particular foods generally do not cause acne. However, in some people, certain foods will make acne worse. The most common ones are chocolate, nuts, carbonated beverages, and milk. Nevertheless most people’s acne is not aggravated by these foods.
So what solutions does Ayurveda propose to cure acne naturally?
First of all, a change in diet. – do not confuse a change in diet with my comment above on foods that do not cause acne. It is not about a particular food, it is about changing your diet style, so your body can process the food in a more effective and efficient way.
1. Try to avoid eating cold food
2. Eat a lot of green vegetables, fresh fruits
3. Drink plenty of water – 7-8 glasses of water a day are optimal. Your skin is the largest organ of your body and is the first to lose moisture and become dehydrated.
4. Eat compatible food together
5. Use hot wet towel compresses are the best treatment for localized infections, as heat dilates blood vessels, followed by a cold compress, which has the opposite effect.
This is a basic overview of how Ayurveda can help with the acne problem. You can find more free information on my blog.

Choose the Perfect Skin Care Product For Your Skin
December 29, 2008
Everyone has different needs for their skin care regimen and choosing the right product is very important. Unless you know which skin care product to choose, you could easily end up doing a disservice to your skin.
Knowing Your Type
Does your skin tend toward dryness or is it oily? You`ll probably have a pretty good idea if you face either of these extremes, but to be sure, you can take a tissue and press it lightly over your entire face. If it comes away greasy, chances are your skin is on the oily side.
However, not everyone fits into these two categories, combination skin is a mixture of the two types and you`ll find that your T-zone (forehead, nose and chin) tends to be oily, but the cheeks are often too dry.
This type of complexion requires special care, the dry spots need to be moisturized, but the oily areas will need oil absorption.
Knowing what your complexion type is will help quite a bit when it comes to choosing the right skin care product. Since many products are designed specifically for one type of skin, you`ll need to pay attention to this.
Know Your Ingredients
Some people are sensitive to specific chemicals that are found in many skin care products and they need to avoid these. However, it is just as important to know which ingredients benefit your skin best, as well. Most of this will come from experimentation. For example, you may find that shea butter works better for moisturizing your skin than coco butter while the opposite may be true for someone else.
Don`t be fooled by the labels, many products will put one or two ingredients, such as aloe or honey, in big letters on the front of the package. While this may be a good ingredient, it`s still a good idea to check the ingredients list and see what else is in the skin care product you wish to use.
Making the Selection
Once you know whether you are looking for something for dry, oily or combination skin, it`s time to choose a product. There are several factors to consider.
Cost. In general, you don`t want to go to any extremes when purchasing a skin care product. Too cheap and the product won`t do you any good at all, in fact, it may even be harmful. The most expensive products are usually unnecessary. You can opt for a good mid-range item without worrying about compromising your skin.
Quality. Choose a brand name that has a recognized quality. While cheap dollar store creams might make it easy on your wallet, they aren`t going to do much when it comes to banishing acne or dealing with dry skin.
Treatment. What are you using skin care products for? Make sure you choose products that are actually designed for the issue you want to treat. For example, if you suffer from acne, then be sure to use a quality product that is formulated for this problem. The same goes for moisturizing, oil removal, etc.
Choosing a skin care product is an important decision. You want one that fits your budget without being too low in quality. It`s often better to splurge a little when it comes to your skin . . . you won`t regret it. The better the quality of the product, the better your skin will look and the more beneficial the skin care regimen. Take the time to understand the type of complexion you have, as well as the type of product needed to treat it. In the end, you will have a better complexion for it.

Increasing Collagen For a Youthful Appearance
December 28, 2008
One of the most important ingredients in your skin is collagen. As you age, your body will reduce the amount of collagen that it produces resulting in the aging of your skin. When you are trying to improve your appearance and look youthful, it is important that you find a way for increasing collagen in your skin.
Many cosmetic and skincare brands claim that you can apply collagen to your skin. When you do a little more research on the topic, you will discover that it is not possible for collagen to absorb into your skin and have any effect on your appearance. To produce results on your skin, you will have to find a way to naturally increase the amount of collagen in your skin through other methods.
Aging collagen skin can be helped with injections of collagen that is used to fill wrinkles and fine lines. Many women use this method, but it is not long lasting and you will have to continue to have the injections for the effects to remain. If you do not want to take such a drastic step in your skincare treatment, there are other things that you can do.
Do some research on skincare and collagen in your skin. Sites like X-tend Life are very informative about the process of aging skin and the things that you can do for increasing collagen naturally. There are a number of products on the market that will help your skin produce its own collagen and give a more youthful appearance in a less drastic method than injections.
Your skincare routine should begin with your diet and end with natural skincare products that effectively use the body to produce the results that are wanted. There have been some great strides in aging skin research and the ingredients that can be used to be effective. Keep in mind when you are doing research that it is not merely the presence of these ingredients that matter. They must be in the product in the correct quantities to have any effect at all. There are many brand name skincare products that claim to have some of the most cutting edge ingredients in their products, however, when you do more research you will find that there is not a sufficient amount to do anything at all.
Eat a well balanced diet, drink plenty of water, get exercise and rest and make sure that you have all of the information on skincare and you will be on your way to looking great for a long period of time. It’s never easy to watch your skin age and worry about what you can do about it. Good research and a healthy body will help you find the best results.
Increasing collagen is possible if you allow your body to do it naturally. Take a look at all of the information that is available and look for the method that will work for you. There are steps that you can take today to make sure that your skin is in the best possible condition.

Sticking to a Low Fat Diet – How Much Fat Should You Include in the Food That You Eat
December 28, 2008
Fat is the largest cause of diseases in the world. Animal foods like red meat, eggs and dairy products contain very high proportions of fat and are responsible for various diseases like diabetes, heart disease, cancer, cataract, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s, obesity, etc. Fat consumption is very much in our control; still we indulge in foods that actually harm us. Do you wish to be disease free as well as boost your immunity? Then read on as I tell you how simple it is!
There are three types of fats – saturated (which are solid at room temperature and found in all animal products), polyunsaturated (found in some grains, vegetables, fruits and seeds) and monounsaturated (found in olives and nuts). Saturated fat causes cholesterol to rise in the blood, increasing the risk of heart and other artery related problems as well as cancer. Polyunsaturated fats lower the blood cholesterol and also prevent clotting, but their excessive amounts also depress the immune system. Monounsaturated fats tend to have a comparatively smaller cholesterol lowering effect.
To some extent, fat is essential for metabolizing some type of vitamins and also for creating hormones which help to control blood pressure and inflammation. They also maintain fluidity of the cell membrane and has to be kept in balance. But all this requires very little fat and is easily provided by some of the grains, fruits and vegetables that we eat. There is no need to add cheese, whole milk, dessert, meat and eggs to your diet at all.
Some more facts proved by scientific research:
1. Fats not only make a person lazy, it also has the same effect in the body’s immunity.
2. People who eat a low fat diet live much longer than those with a high fat diet.
3. Cancer of the breast, ovaries, prostate and colon is more prevalent among obese people.
4. High fat diet aggravates arthritic effects.
5. Obese men have a higher rate of erectile dysfunction (impotence) than folks who’re leaner and eat a low fat diet.
6. Low fat and high fiber diet reduces the level of estrogen in women, reducing her risk of contracting tumors.
The best source of energy is carbohydrates, especially complex carbohydrates which come from unrefined grains, vegetables and fruits. They burn slowly and provide long lasting energy. Fat is a secondary source of energy which is used only when the carbohydrate stores of the body are completely depleted. So excess fat is of no use to the body. By limiting fat you will make a quantum leap in your race against all serious diseases, especially because it will give your immunity system a huge boost. When faced with a choice, always choose a poly or mono unsaturated fat over a saturated fat every single time. Never allow more than 20-25 percent of your total calorie intake from fats. If your diet is approximately 2000 calories a day, ensure that only 400-500 calories are from poly and mono unsaturated fats. On average, there are 9 calories per gram of fats as compared to 4 calories in a gram of grains and vegetables, so in this case your diet should not exceed 50 grams of fat. Never exceed 4 percent of saturated fat in your diet, if it cannot be avoided entirely.

Provacyl is a human growth hormone (HGH) specifically created for men. This is important as men have needs in terms of health issues that are unique to their gender and metabolic makeup, and even more so as they age. Overall health including sex drive can be maintained and enjoyed as some of the most beneficial attributes of taking Provacyl as a daily supplement.
The fact that Provacyl is specially formulated for men gives them advantages to their needs in all areas such as building lean muscle mass which can promote success for athletes like bodybuilders and for anyone who is looking for a more cut and defined body that takes additional work to achieve when growing older. This is effectively evident as a natural boost for men to be able to feel and physically perform and their best, regardless of which activity they might be participating in.
Mentally, there are advantages to taking this HGH supplement as well; it is not simply geared for physical improvements and maintenance alone. The Ginkgo Balboa Leaf is one herbal ingredient which comes from eastern medicine and reacts positively with the vascular system as well as proves to help with memory. This ingredient aids with the male gender needs because it increases blood flow in the genital area and therefore increases sex drive specific to men. The outcome of the ingredients in this hgh supplement are all advantages that build on each other for a better quality of life. This shines through with a lift in mood which coincides with better mental focus and these benefits build on the added energy and a higher sex drive felt from raising the levels of HGH in the blood flow. Another reason this hgh supplement is a benefit to men’s bodies specifically is the Chaste Berry ingredient which aides in the proper and efficient activity of the pituitary gland and the function of progesterone. These act as both aphrodisiac as well as anaphrodisiac.
This supplement is safe to use and does not put the user at any risk for any dangerous side effects. Men’s bodies are unique to women’s composition and there are many herbal supplements and nutrients combined in Provacyl that aid in the special needs that men have which pertain to health and well being. Many of the ingredients strengthen the immune system, such as Muira Pauma Bark Extract, which is an herb that also helps the reproductive and nervous system in the male body. When the immune system is strong, the other hormones are in balance and the overall energy level is high, all physical and mental capabilities are elevated. You won’t have to remember what it was like to be at your physical and mental best, you can keep living it.
